岗位介绍：

Product R&D Engineer (Memory Readiness)/产品研发工程师

Responsibilities:

1. Performing deep electrical failure analysis during new product development and ramping phase. Shoot failures from both wafer level and package level. Create analysis report based on FA finding and define the action plans after communication with stockholders (Device engineer, Design engineers, Fab product engineer, etc.)

2. Monitor memory health level and DPPM pareto for miscellaneous product lines. Work with FAB/device to improve and fine tune the fab process for DPPM reduction.

3. Define the test flow, screen/stress method based on root cause analysis of failures. Work with TE to come up with detail plans and drive for implementation.

   Requirements:

4. BS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or other related technical field

5. Deep understanding on electrical failure analysis methodology.

6. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions.

7. Excellent data analysis skills including data crunch, statistical analysis, and interpretation

8. Highly self-motivated, passionate about troubleshooting and solving complex problems

9. A basic understanding of system, F/W working principle, device physics  is beneficial

10. Good English communication skill

     

    Reliability Engineer/可靠性测试工程师(R&D)

    Responsibilities:

11. Full fill reliability test requests from worldwide customers. Work out Device/package qualification and reliability test plan

12. Insure periodic reliability monitoring on devices in mass production

13. Work out Qualification and reliability test DOE on devices with process changes or line excursion

14. Conduct Reliability test failure analysis, find failure mode and drive corrective action for improvement of device performance

15. Process and analysis massive data and provide reliability estimation and assessment,

16. Issue reliability/qualification reports.

    Requirements

17. Master Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with adequate knowledge on semiconductor packaging/testing process and technology, NAND/NOR Flash memory knowledge is preferable

18. Good oral English and communication skills.

19. Well understand reliability test mechanism and typical failure phenomenon;

20. Well understand reliability test spec/procedure defined by JEDEC;

21. Proficient with excel (pivot table, common formulae, chart/graph)

22. Experience of text processing with python, Perl;

23. Good knowledge about unix style shell command/scripts;
