On April 11, 2015, alumni members of Batch 1965 from the SEIEE’s Department of Electronics returned to their alma mater to celebrate the University’s anniversary.  In the afternoon, Batch 65 alumni hosted a reunion in Room 1-414 of the SEIEE building where Secretary of the School Party Hu Weisheng presided over the meeting.

    At the meeting, Mr. Hu engaged informal conversations with the alumni present. He talked to them about the recent years’ developments and other significant activities on campus. Meanwhile, the alumni shared their excitement and shared their expectations for the school’s overall development.

    The meeting covered many topics of interest to the alumni. Some read the school’s brochure to know more about the school’s development, some of them talked about university’s past and current issues as well as possibilities for the school’s future.  They also exchanged stories about their family and health.  All showed smiling faces while they recalled their school life and the conference room was filled with laughter.

  “Every three years, batch 1965 has a reunion and more and more alumni keep contact now” , one of the alumni mentioned. They are gratitude that the university offers a great opportunity for them to see each other and memory their past life here and also wish the university a bright future.
