个人简介

吴林晟,上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院电子工程系教授、博士生导师,国家优青。分别于2003、2006、2010年于上海交通大学获电子与信息工程专业工学学士、电磁场与微波技术专业工学硕士和工学博士学位。2010年8月至11月、2012年12月至2013年12月期间于新加坡国立大学电气与计算机工程系从事研究员工作,2010年2月至2012年1月在上海交通大学从事博士后研究。2012年2月加入上海交通大学“高速电子系统设计与电磁兼容研究”教育部重点实验室,现职至今。主要研究方向为微波电路与器件、先进电子封装与异质集成、纳米电磁学等。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划课题、国家重大专项子课题、装备预研项目等,并作为学术骨干参与完成国家973项目、国家自然科学基金仪器专项等重点重大课题。

吴林晟博士已发表学术论文150余篇,其中IEEE期刊论文40余篇,SCI期刊论文60余篇,EI论文约130篇。授权发明专利4项、软件著作权9项,申请发明专利3项。现为中国电子学会微波分会委员、IEEE高级会员,IEEE T-MTT等10余种国际学术期刊审稿人。
