个人简介

周林杰,博士,上海交通大学教授/博士生导师。作为负责人主持和参与了863、自然基金等各类科研项目20多项。在Nature photonics, Laser & Photonics Review, Optica等国际知名期刊上共发表学术论文 180多篇(其中SCI论文70多篇),在OFC、OECC、ACP、Photonics West等国际会议上做特邀报告40多次,多篇论文被Nature Photonics等多种期刊的综述论文正面引用。多次负责组织了国际会议中的集成光电子方向分会,担任了OECC、PIERS、GFP等10多个会议的分会主席和程序委员会委员。近年来的代表性研究成果包括:研制了硅基可调光延迟芯片,获得 ns量级无误码延迟量调节,被 Nature Photonics作为研究亮点报道,并入选2017年中国光学“十大进展”;首次实现了一款同时集成热光和电光调节电极的 16x16 MZI无阻塞光交换芯片,包含了几百个光学和电学元器件,能实现对 Tb端口数据的ns 量级高速光交换;采用单输入推挽式驱动,实现了硅基高速高阶调制器,能产生 QPSK、QAM 、PAM等高速信号,已在华为传输系统上进行了系统测试,受到了产业界的认可。
