2021级电院硕士生开题报告办法

开题报告是硕士生培养过程中的重要环节,开题前课程需要基本完成且GPA≥2.7。

一、开题报告概况

1. 开题报告时间: 请在2022年12月5日前完成开题报告线上申请

2. 开题报告内容:

1) 拟定的学位论文题目 2) 课题的研究意义、国内外研究现状分析 3) 课题研究目标、研究内容、拟解决的关键问题 4) 拟采取的研究方法、技术路线、方案及其可行性研究 5) 课题的创新性 6) 计划进度和预期成果 7) 与本课题有关的资料积累、已有的前期研究成果

3. 开题报告要求:根据学校政策要求各二级学科或课题组统一组织安排。开题报告会应在本学科或相关学科范围内公开进行,由学科组负责人或导师召集至少3名相关学科专家组成专家组对开题报告进行论证。 硕士研究生在开题报告会上应就所选课题进行详细报告。学科专家组应对报告人所选课题的创新性和可行性进行重点论证,并就课题的研究工作提出具体意见和建议。专家组应指定专人对开题报告会作记录。开题报告和专家论证意见应存档于学科(或学院、系)教务办。

4. 开题报告结果 根据学生的学业进展,专家组可做出是否许可其开题的结论。如开题未通过,可做出建议其再次开题的结论,或基于学业考核由专家组做出“应予退学”的建议。

 二、开题报告流程

1) 学生申请:学生在2022年 12 月 5 日之前登录数字交大my.sjtu.edu.cn 申请开题报告,登录交我办-----服务大厅-----研究生-----开题报告,可申请按时参加或推迟参加,原则上所有学生均应参加,有特殊情况可申请暂缓参加;未参加又未申请暂缓参加并获准的,视为当次不通过。学生点击论文开题报告-Thesis+Proposal (1)下载开题报告,填写《论文开题报告》、填写《论文开题评审记录表》中“课程学习情况”发给导师指定的开题秘书,学生填好信息后上传填好的《论文开题报告》,点击“确认参加”后提交申请。

2) 院系初审:教务老师确认学生导师信息,指定院系审核负责人。

3) 导师审核:确认学生所提交信息的真实性,确认对学生申请的意见,对学生表现进行评价,确认秘书人选(可为教工、博后、导师自己)。如导师不同意学生申请,流程将跳转至院系审核。

4) 开题报告安排:由导师组织至少 3 名相关学科专家组成专家组参加开题报告论证会。由导师所确认的秘书人选执行,确认时间、地点安排,提交后将自动发送邮件告知学生。

5) 进行开题报告:学生在开题报告论证会上就所选课题进行详细报告,导师所确认的秘书对开题报告论证会作记录。

6) 开题报告结果录入:由导师所确认的秘书人选执行,建议在3月30日之前完成录入及上传论文开题评审记录表-Thesis+Proposal+Review+Form,上传会议记录材料,输入专家组人员信息。本环节内容学生不可见,所上传材料仅用以存档、备查。

7) 院系审核:由教务老师确认考核结论。如为不通过,则需确认学生后续培养。首次开题报告不通过,可建议参加下次开题报告,第二次不通过,可建议退学。

8) 归档环节:教务老师执行归档,归档后将自动发送邮件告知学生结果。考核结果为通过或不通过。

9) 教务老师统计开题报告报告情况,联系开题报告异常学生,开展学业预警工作。

 

Methods of thesis proposal for grade 2021 SEIEE master student 

The thesis proposal is an important link in the process of postgraduate training,Before apply for the thesis proposal all the courses need to be basically completed and GPA ≥ 2.7 .

1、 Introduction to the thesis proposal

1)Thesis proposal: deadline for make application online for thesis proposal is before 5th December 2022

2)Contents of the thesis proposal:

1) Proposed dissertation Title 2) research significance of the project, analysis of research status at home and abroad 3) research objectives, research contents, key problems to be solved 4) research methods, technical routes, schemes and feasibility studies to be adopted 5) innovation of the project 6) progress and expected results 7) data accumulation related to the project and existing preliminary research results

 

3)Requirements of proposal report: according to the school policy, all secondary disciplines or research groups should be organized and arranged in a unified way. The thesis proposal meeting shall be held in public within the scope of the discipline or related disciplines, and an expert group composed of at least 3 experts from relevant disciplines shall be convened by the person in charge of the discipline group or the supervisor to demonstrate the proposal. The postgraduate students should give a detailed report on the selected topic at the thesis proposal meeting. The subject expert group should focus on the innovation and feasibility of the topic selected by the reporter, and put forward specific opinions and suggestions on the research work of the topic. The expert group shall appoint a special person to record the thesis proposal meeting. The proposal report and experts' opinions shall be filed in the Academic Affairs Office of the discipline (or college or department).

 

4)According to the results of the thesis proposal, the expert group can make a conclusion on whether to allow the students to open the topic according to their academic progress. If the project fails to pass the review, it can make a conclusion that it should be opened again, or based on the academic assessment, the expert group should make a suggestion that "should drop out of school".

 

2、 Thesis proposal process

1) student application online: students should log into digital Jiaotong University my.sjtu.edu.cn before December 5th 2022, make application for thesis proposal online, through service hall-----postgraduate--------thesis proposal, submit application online.

Students can apply to participate or postpone. In principle, all students should participate. In special circumstances, you can apply to postpone participate. Those who do not participate and do not apply for suspension of participation will be deemed to have failed this time. Students click 论文开题报告-Thesis+Proposal (1) Download the thesis proposal report, fill in the main body of the thesis proposal, fill in the course learning situation in 论文开题评审记录表-Thesis+Proposal+Review+Form and send to the secretary designated by supervisor, and in digital SJTU click "confirm to participate" to upload the filled thesis proposal report and submit application online.

 

2) Department review: the academic affairs teacher confirms the information of the student supervisor and designates the person in charge of the Department audit.

 

3) Supervisor review: confirm the authenticity of the information submitted by students, confirm the opinions on students' application, evaluate students' performance, and confirm the Secretary candidates (teachers, postgraduates and supervisors themselves). If the supervisor disagrees with the application, the process will be transferred to the Department review process.

 

4) Arrangement of proposal report: the supervisor shall organize at least 3 experts from relevant disciplines to form an expert group to participate in the argumentation meeting. The Secretary candidates confirmed by the supervisor will be implemented. The time and place of confirmation will be arranged, and the students will be informed by Email automatically after submission.

 

5) Make the thesis proposal: the students give a detailed report on the selected topic in the thesis proposal demonstration meeting, and the Secretary confirmed by the supervisor will record the presentation meeting.

 

6) Input the thesis proposal results: The Secretary candidates confirmed by the supervisor shall complete the input of thesis proposal review result  论文开题评审记录表-Thesis+Proposal+Review+Form before March 30 2023, upload and input the thesis proposal review result. The content of this link is not visible to students, and the uploaded materials are only used for archiving and reference.

 

7) Department review: the academic affairs teacher confirms the assessment conclusion. If it is not passed, it is necessary to confirm the subsequent training of students. If you fail to pass the first thesis proposal, you may suggest to attend the next thesis proposal, and if you fail to pass the second opening report, you may propose to drop out.

 

8) Archiving: the educational administration teacher will implement the filing in digital SJTU, and the system will automatically send an email to inform the students of the results. The assessment result is pass or fail.

 

9) The educational administration teachers should make statistics on the thesis proposal report, contact the students with abnormal thesis proposal and carry out academic warning work.
